How to Purchase
Retail counter
Ask clerk for $5 Lotto or use a playslip for a single $5 Lotto ticket.
Receive both the ticket and the mail-in trailing voucher.
To be eligible for the promotion, each purchase must be made in single $5 increments.
Vending Machine
Select "Lotto."
Select $5 (10 plays) option.
After checkout, the $5 Lotto ticket and mail-in trailing voucher will drop into the tray.

How to Enter
- Purchase a $5 Lotto ticket and receive a mail-in trailing voucher.
- Complete the voucher.
- Place in envelope and apply correct postage.
- Multiple entries per envelope are acceptable. (Entries are removed from the envelopes and placed in the drawing receptacle.)

Eligibility
Player may only win one second chance prize per drawing. If more than one entry is drawn for a player in a drawing, the player will win the prize associated with their first entry drawn.
Entries do not carry over from one drawing to the next.
Entries received after the enter by date will be included in the next drawing, except drawing #2.
Entries received after the enter by date for drawing #2 will be disqualified.
Selected winners have 48 hours to submit a claim form after initial communication from Lottery Employee. If winner does not submit claim form within 48 hours, winner will be disqualified, and an alternate will be chosen to win selected prize.

Odds of winning any prize on Lotto are 1 in 27.1. Quick Pick only. Current draw only, no advanced play. Odds of winning a promotional prize depend on the number of qualifying entries received.
